Which DAC? Denafrips Ares 2 ,Chord Qutest or RME ADI-2 DAC FS

This video is an honest review discussing the differences between the Denafrips Ares 2 / Chord Qutest and brilliant RME ADI-2 DAC FS and both the Denafrips and Ares 2 were donated in exchange for my review time – a lot of it!

I’m prepared to risk more whilst still being fair to the brands and give lowdowns on what their products are about in an effort of keeping HiFi well, sane and honest.

Chord get their product included because it’s great, Audiophiles win in a shoot-out of three titans but my preference goes to the RME and whilst the Denafrips is fantastic to certain tastes and music, the RME is the all rounder. The Chord, the incisive, detail busting, non smearing, micro dynamic creating product. See the video and please like comment and subscribe, if you haven’t already.

I'm an audio lover who likes sharing experiences of faithfully reproduced audio in an ENGAGING way with VERY HIGH PRODUCTION VALUES. I’m interested in products; their looks, functionality and features, and most importantly how they sound! My reviews keep technicalities easy, as I believe great audio is non exclusive and to be enjoyed by all! It's all about the music!
