I collect personal information from Users when Users visit my Site (IP Addresses for Site stats), subscribe to my newsletter (email addresses), uses the contact form (email addresses), or in connection with other activities, services, features or resources I make available on our Site. Personally identifying information sent via the Contact form is used only for direct email replies. I post review comments from FaceBook and email but with the identifying personal information removed.

How I use collected information
13th Note HiFi Reviews may collect and use Users personal information for the purposes of sending a mailing list. If the User wants to opt in to my mailing list, they can do so by adding details to one of the ‘Subscribe to Newsletter’ widgets on this site. These give information about upcoming news, features, and reviews etc. I use third party software called Convertful to manage new sign ups to my Newsletter, and Mailchimp for sending group emails. For purposes of UK law I comply with The Data Protection Act (2018) and keep and retain information for proportionate and proximate purposes in keeping with newsletters and contact forms and the Data Protection principles of the legislation.

I adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
