A film about ATC SCM40A Active floor-standers

In this film review about ATC’s SCM40A Active floor-standing speakers, appraised in my article here, they may not be active enough to be going anywhere under their 36kg weight, but in HiFi terms these are Active speakers with a capital A.

Re-considering passive speakers for their active cousins, is a reckoning to make in HiFi, if you’ve never been on the journey. ATC’s SCM40A are an extant lesson on this score.
